CONDITIONS OF BOOKING BEACH COTTAGES-KEEL

Conditions of availability

• The maximum number of people for any letting is six people.
• Stag and Hen Party groups will not be accepted.
• Family pets may not be kept on the property.
• All bookings are subject to the terms and conditions in this document.

Payment 
A non refundable deposit of €100 Euro payable to Beach Cottages, Keel is required to secure the booking. A breakage/damage deposit of €100 Euro must be paid on arrival and is held for the period of stay. It will be refunded within one week of departure.The full rental fee for the period required must 
be paid to Beach Cottages-Keel not later than 6 weeks prior to arrival. 
The number of persons stated on the reservation form must not be exceeded without prior permission from the 
Management. 

Cancellation Charges 
If you have to cancel your holiday for any reason the following cancellation charges will apply; 
More than 42 days: Deposit 
14 days to 42 days: 50% 
Less than 14 days: 100% 
We recommend that you take out insurance to cover the risk of cancellation. 

Arrival 
Accommodation may be occupied from 17.00hrs. to 20.00hrs. on the day of arrival. Arrivals later than 20.00hrs must 
be notified in advance to insure access to the Cottage. 

Departure 
The Cottage must be vacated not later than 10.00hrs. on the day of departure. The Cottage and contents must be left 
in a clean and tidy condition. Refuge should be deposited in the bin provided beside each Cottage. In the event that the 
Cottage or its contents are damaged or rendered excessively soiled an assessment of the costs of repairs and or extra 
cleaning will be made and the full deposit or an appropriate amount will be charged to the occupant. An invoice will 
be raised for amounts exceeding the deposit of €100 Euro
Charges for electricity must be paid at the time of departure, when applicable. Electricity charges are 
based on meter readings and should be checked on arrival and departure. 

Equipment Provided 

Duvets, Pillow Cases, Bed Linen, Washing Machine/Dryer, Dishwasher, Microwave,  (Towels are not supplied)
Toaster, Kitchen Ware, Colour TV, Cot and Highchair on request, ( Cot Linen not supplied). 

Property 
The Management will not be responsible for belongings lost, stolen or damaged on the property during the stay or on 
departure. 
The Management will not be responsible for any loss or damage to valuables left after departure. 
No clothes, towels or washing may be hung from windows. 
The occupants of the Cottage must undertake to avoid causing any nuisance or annoyance which would interfere with 
the peace or general comfort of other guests at Beach Cottages-Keel. 
Pets are not allowed in the Cottages. 
Noise levels must be kept to an absolute minimum between the hours of 23.00hrs and 08.00hrs 
The Management may adjust the tariff in respect of cost, charges or taxes. Prices will not be altered following 
confirmation of a booking. 
The Management reserve the right to refuse a booking or cancel a booking for any reason and at any stage of such 
booking and to terminate the rental for any breach of the conditions of booking set out here. 

Availability

All bookings are made on the understanding that the cottage or cottages will be made available to the holidaymaker on the agreed date except in the case that damage to the property or other circumstances beyond the control of the management make this impossible. In such cases the management will make every effort to obtain alternative suitable accommodation. In the event that alternative arrangements are deemed unsuitable by the holidaymaker, all monies received for the booking will be refunded and the holidaymaker will have no further claim against the management.

Pets
The management regret that family pets can not be kept in the Cottages.
